Replacement of lamps of headlights

Reverse side of the main headlight without fog lamp

1 – the socket for connection of all lamps;
2 – lamp of the main headlight;

3 – the engine for correction of a headlight.


Reverse side of the dismantled headlight

1 – the electric connecting socket for all lamps;
2 – protective cap;

3 – the engine for correction of a headlight.


Details of the sorted main headlight

1 – decorative diaphragm;
2 – protective rubber above;
3 – lens;

4 – sealing rubber;
5 – fixing clips;
6 – a reflector with the headlight case.


The lower fixing bolts (1 and 2) of the case of a headlight are available only after dismantle of a bumper and the case of the index of turn.

All glow lamps in headlights are dismantled from a motive compartment. For this purpose in a right headlight it is necessary to take out an air duct in the beginning.

Main and fog lights

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Take off a protective cap of a headlight in a motive compartment, having pressed both keys.
  2. Disconnect the wire socket from the glow lamp.
  3. Hang out a spring collar of an arm of a lamp and cast away it down.
  4. Take out the glow lamp.
  5. The new lamp depending on a headlight and the lamp has to be inserted as follows:
  6. Lamp of N 4 in a headlight without fog lamp: insert a lamp so that its three uvulas of contacts formed the letter "U" opened down.
  7. Lamps of N 7 in a headlight with a fog lamp: insert a lamp so that the plate shaft of a lamp was turned up vertically.
  8. Lamp of N 1 in a headlight with a fog lamp: insert a lamp so that the slanted party of a plate of a lamp sideways stood vertically and both cones entered openings on a headlight mirror.

Parking fires

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The same preparatory stage that it is described in the last section.
  2. Take out a cartridge of a lamp of parking fire from a reflector back.
  3. Slightly press a finger-shaped lamp (in a headlight without fog lamp) into a cartridge, turn to the left and take out.
  4. Just take out a lamp with a glass socle (in a headlight with a fog lamp) from the boss.
