Dismantle of an insert of the air filter
|

- Where is, uncover on the air filter.
- Remove an airintaking hose from the case of the air filter and expose it in front of the absorption device.
- Take out the electromagnetic valve of the coal filter from an arm and put aside; hoses and a wire remain connected.
- Naturally aspirated engines: open four coupling collars around the filter case.
- Lift a filter case cover – the air hose to a branch pipe of a butterfly valve on the engine remains connected.
- Take out a filter insert.
- Turbo engine: work only at a cold turbocompressor.
- Unscrew the heat-shielding screen.
- Take out the thin pipeline from clips.
- Weaken a coupler on an air hose and remove it.
- Open four coupling collars around the filter case.
- Disconnect sockets ahead on temperature sensor (punch a wire coupler), on the terminal cascade of ignition and on the measuring instrument of a stream of fresh air (under a rubber nozzle).
- Uncover the filter case.
- Take out a filter insert.

Dismantle of the case of the air filter

Dismantle of the air filter of the six-cylinder engine,
1st stage: take out an airintaking hose (3), uncover (4). Then the top detail (2) cases is bared. The bolt "1" unscrews only for dismantle of the case of the filter. |

2nd stage: after coupling collars (2-5) are open, it is possible to remove the top detail of the case, and there is available an insert (6) of the filter. Figure "1" designated a fixing bolt of the case of the air filter here. |

|
- Dismantle an insert of the air filter (see above).
- Weaken a bolt with a six-sided head at a wheel niche.
- Take out fixing pins below on the filter case from rubber nozzles on a body.
- Remove the case.
