Check of the brake system on tightness and existence of damages

When conducting check the bottom of the car has to be dry in order that it was possible to see untight sites. Brake fluid spreads also under dirt. Places, dark from dampness, can be tightness violation signs.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check all connecting knots and points of connection, and also brake supports.
  2. Brake hoses should not be damp, bulked up or erased. Otherwise – replace.
  3. Brake tubes are covered with the protective layer protecting from a rust. If this layer is damaged, then it can lead to emergence of a rust. Therefore never you clean pipes the screw-driver, an emery paper or a wire brush, use an old rag.
  4. If the protective layer is damaged, then on naked places it is necessary to apply a thin film of anticorrosive primer.
  5. Tubes with flows of a rust or flattened should be replaced.
  6. On all unions of pumping there are protective caps? They are above on supports.
  7. Temporarily you can carry out an inspection of pressure in the brake system:
  8. Up to the end wring out a brake pedal.
  9. It should not give in even after several minutes of full loading if it not so, then the cuff in the main brake cylinder is defective.
  10. Because of an untight cuff the level of brake fluid in a tank does not go down, liquid under pressure squeezes by the piston of the main brake cylinder on that party where there is no pressure.
  11. Untight sites on cuffs of pistons of brake supports are distinguished on dark stains on brake supports.
  12. In a doubtful case address in a workshop.
